layaway for you to utilize. This is a great way to take
advantage of our specials even if you are short on cash!
All you need is a small
deposit to hold your order, (order must be at least $30, not
including the shipping charge.
You choose the length you want
your
layaway to run, either 4 or 8 weeks.
Make weekly or
bi-weekly payments by PayPal, Credit Card or Money
Order. Payment total depends on which plan you choose. Total
of order including shipping is divided by either 4 or 8.
You may choose to pay for
your layaway in full at any time.
Reminder emails are sent (1)
one week before your payment is due. A service we provide
FREE to you.
We do not have a service
charge - You can place your layaway for FREE.
You must read and agree to
all terms before you can place any items on layaway.
Upon final payment your order
will be shipped to you!

TERMS
OF USE: A minimum order of $30 (before
shipping charges) is required to use our
layaway plan. A $10 deposit is required
to start your layaway and is due immediately
after receiving your layaway order. If
deposit payment is not made within 2 days,
your order will be cancelled. There are
NO additional charges. LENGTH OF LAYAWAY: You may choose to
make your layaway plan, 4 or 8 weeks in
length. PAYMENTS: You may choose to make
weekly or bi-weekly (every two weeks)
payments. Customers will receive their
layaway bill 1 week prior to the payment due
date. Once a layaway order has been paid in
full, it will be shipped to customer, not
before. PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept PayPal,
Visa and MC and Money Orders Only. On your
bill you may choose which option to use. We
will not automatically charge your payments. PAYING IN FULL: You have the right to
pay your layaway in full anytime before the
due date with no penalty charges. CANCELLATION
TERMS: You may cancel your
layaway plan at any time, however, we DO
NOT issue refunds on ANY payments made thus
far. There will be NO exceptions. LATE PAYMENTS:
If any layaway payment is 7 days overdue,
you will receive a cancellation notice. This
notice must be paid within 3 days or your
layaway plan will be cancelled. NO refunds
will be made. Please see cancellation terms. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: Upon receiving
your layaway order, you will be sent an
email giving you your layaway total with
shipping amount and any taxes if they apply
(Only to Florida Residents) and an outline
of your terms, payment dates, payment
amounts and acceptance of terms statement.
This email must be replied to stating that
you accept all layaway terms. If you do not,
your layaway will be cancelled. *Please
