We use USPS Priority Mail to ship most of our products. The reason is simple - 2 to 3 days delivery in most cases. No International shipping can be done as the rates are unreasonable.  

Due to a variety of weather situations, it is not always possible to ship at a slower rate. This could be harmful to the soaps/products and their integrity would be compromised thus lowering the quality and/or the appearance of our products. 

However, if you request your order to be shipped by Parcel Post or if feasible, First Class, we will be glad to ship them as per your wishes, BUT we cannot guarantee your products or the condition they arrive in. An email will be sent requiring you to agree to those terms before your order is shipped. 

A small handling fee is included in the shipping prices to cover the cost of packing/shipping materials.

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be required to pay another shipping fee to have it reshipped. No refunds will be given on orders that are undeliverable.

If you would like Insurance placed on your order, an extra Insurance Fee of $2.10 will be charged for this service. The charge will be added to your order total and I will email you the final total of your order.

*NOTE: All orders leave here well packaged and if liquid, in a plastic bag.  If your order arrives broken/damaged due to USPS handling practices, you are welcome to return the broken item, box, packaging to me (at your expense) for a store credit refund or replacement.   However, unless you have asked & paid to insure your package,  No refund of postage can be reimbursed.  I cannot be held responsible for the way the post office handles the package.

$ 16.00 - 39.99 = $8.95 - $13.95 

$ 40.00 - 99.99 = $14.95 - $20.95

$ 100.00 - 199.99 = $21.95 - $32.95

$ 200.00 and over =  $33.95 - ? (depending on weight).

**PLEASE NOTE: If your order weight goes over the limits for the above shipping/handling charges, or you live in Postal Zones - 7 or 8, extra shipping will be applied to your order total.
